Calculation of Qualified Capacity for the Forward Capacity Market Monthly Capacity Supply Obligation Bilateral Window for April 2026

In accordance with Market Rule 1 Section III.13, the updated Qualified Capacity for each Resource for April 2026 is available for viewing in the Forward Capacity Tracking System (FCTS) under the Resource Position Summary. The amount of capacity that each Resource may transfer or acquire in the Forward Capacity Market Capacity Supply Obligation Bilateral Window for April 2026 is available for viewing in the Forward Capacity Market CSO Bilateral Contract Management UI under the terms Max Transferring Capacity and Max Acquiring Capacity.

Restoration Plan Window for the Third Annual Reconfiguration Auction qualification process for the Capacity Commitment Period 2026-2027

In accordance with ��app��. Transmission, Markets, and Services Tariff Section III.13, the updated Qualified Capacity for each Resource for Capacity Commitment Period 2026-2027 is available for viewing in the Forward Capacity Tracking System (FCTS) under the Resource's Position Summary. The FCTS will also indicate if the Resource has incurred a significant decrease in capacity pursuant to ��app��. Transmission, Markets, and Services Tariff Section III.13.4.2.1.3.

As part of this qualification process, the restoration plan window opened on January 16, 2026 and will close on January 30, 2026 at 23:59. At this time, you may review the Qualified Capacity values for your resources and submit a restoration plan for any resource that has been flagged with a significant decrease in capacity. The submission period for submitting bids and offers to the Forward Capacity Market Monthly Reconfiguration Auction for April 2026 will open on February 20, 2026 (00:00) and will close on February 23, 2026 (11:00).

Updated Capacity Supply Obligation positions resulting from the auction approval can be found in the Forward Capacity Tracking System application under Commitment Period 2025-2026. Individual MIS reports can be found in the MIS reports titled SP_MRARESULT. The results summary for this auction can be found here.
