In accordance with Market Rule 1, Sections III.13.4 and III.13.5, the submission period for submitting Capacity Supply Obligation Bilateral Contracts to the Forward Capacity Market CSO Bilateral Period for January 2026 will open on November 12, 2025 (00:00) and will close on November 13, 2025 (11:00). The submission period for submitting bids and offers to the Forward Capacity Market Monthly Reconfiguration Auction for January 2026 will open on November 20, 2025 (00:00) and will close on November 21, 2025 (11:00).

Critical Path Schedule Monitoring Election Window for the 2025 Interim Reconfiguration Auction Qualification Process is Open Until November 3, 2025

The window to elect critical path schedule (CPS) monitoring for New Demand Capacity Resources, New Generating Capacity Resources, and New Import Capacity Resources is now open and will close on November 3, 2025 at 23:59. Pursuant to Section III.13.A.2(2) of the ��app��. Transmission, Markets, and Services Tariff, electing CPS monitoring within the CPS monitoring election window is required to successfully complete the 2025 interim reconfiguration auction (RA) qualification process.

Commercial Readiness Deposit for 2025 Interim Reconfiguration Auction Qualification Process due October 23, 2025

Pursuant to Schedules 22, 23, and 25 of the Open Access Transmission Tariff for Market Participants, a Commercial Readiness Deposit for the Transitional Capacity Network Resource (CNR) Group Study being performed with the 2025 interim reconfiguration auction qualification process is required for Generating Capacity Resources and Import Capacity Resources associated with a project subject to the ��app�� interconnection procedures and must be received by the ��app�� by the end of business of October 23, 2025. Note that a project’s Commercial Readiness Deposit provided for the Transitional Cluster Study may count towards its required Commercial Readiness Deposit for the Transitional CNR Group Study. For questions on submitting Letters of Credit or Surety Bonds for the Commercial Readiness Deposit, please contact the ��app��’s Market & Credit Risk Department directly and be sure to review the Commercial Readiness Deposit Requirements on ��app��’s website.
