Restoration Plan Window for the Third Annual Reconfiguration Auction qualification process for the Capacity Commitment Period 2026-2027

When: Friday January 16, 2026 8:13 AM

In accordance with ��app��. Transmission, Markets, and Services Tariff Section III.13, the updated Qualified Capacity for each Resource for Capacity Commitment Period 2026-2027 is available for viewing in the Forward Capacity Tracking System (FCTS) under the Resource's Position Summary. The FCTS will also indicate if the Resource has incurred a significant decrease in capacity pursuant to ��app��. Transmission, Markets, and Services Tariff Section III.13.4.2.1.3.

As part of this qualification process, the restoration plan window opened on January 16, 2026 and will close on January 30, 2026 at 23:59. At this time, you may review the Qualified Capacity values for your resources and submit a restoration plan for any resource that has been flagged with a significant decrease in capacity. The Q4 2025 Critical Path Schedule (CPS) update for non-commercial resources is now due

Pursuant to the ��app��. Transmission, Markets, and Services Tariff Section III.13.3, the Q4 2025 CPS update is now due for those non-commercial resources that either cleared in a Forward Capacity Auction or requested monitoring of their CPS. Please submit the update under the Monitored CPS tab in the Forward Capacity Tracking System (FCTS) for all applicable Capacity Commitment Periods as appropriate. The update should be submitted before 23:59 on Thursday, January 8, 2026.

Pursuant to Section III.13.3.2.2 of the ��app��. Transmission, Markets, and Services Tariff, "for each critical path schedule milestone achieved since the submission of the previous critical path schedule report, the Project Sponsor must include in the critical path schedule report documentation demonstrating that the milestone has been achieved by the date indicated." This section of the ��app��. Transmission, Markets, and Services Tariff also provides detailed examples of the type of documentation that can be included to demonstrate completion of each milestone.

The submission period for submitting bids and offers to the Forward Capacity Market Monthly Reconfiguration Auction for March 2026 will open on January 22, 2026 (00:00) and will close on January 23, 2026 (11:00).
