MIS Reports for the Resettlement of the Hourly Markets for March 2025 have been Released

The March 2025 resettlement was performed in order to process a Meter Data Error Requested Billing Adjustment. The resettlement will be included as part of the Hourly and Non-Hourly Services bill to be issued on February 17, 2026.

August 2025 Data Reconciliation Process Resettlement

The MIS reports for the August 2025 resettlement of the Day-Ahead and Real-Time Markets have been distributed today December 23, 2025 and will be available for download via the FTP site. The August 2025 Data Reconciliation Process resettlement will be included as part of the December 2025 Hourly and Non-Hourly Services bill to be issued in January 2026.

Annual Allocation of Excess Transmission Congestion Revenue

The following information is being provided to enable Participants to estimate their individual allocations of the Monthly Transmission Congestion Revenue balance for 2025.

As of December 17, 2025, the Monthly Transmission Congestion Revenue balance was $7.9 million. This amount will be allocated pro-rata share to net negative congestion payers. The Pool Net Negative Congestion amount was $92 million as of December 17, 2025.

Please be advised that the above numbers are approximations, and the actual results will be detailed in the invoice, which will be issued on January 12, 2026. See Manual M-06 Section 6.3.5 for more details on the Annual Allocation of Excess Transmission Congestion Revenue.

Capacity Performance Bilateral Deadline extended to Wednesday, 12/03/2025, noon.

As defined in Section III.13.5.3.2.1. of the Tariff, Capacity Performance Bilateral must typically be submitted to the ��app�� no later than 12:00 p.m. on the second Business Day after the end of the month, or at a later deadline as specified by the ��app��. This message serves as notice that the ��app�� is extending the deadline for the Capacity Performance Bilaterals so that participants may have more time to submit their transactions. Participant may submit their bilateral transactions by Wednesday, 12/03/2025, no later than 12:00 p.m. to be considered for the initial settlement.

Please note that a Capacity Performance Bilateral may be revised by the parties to the transaction throughout the resettlement process.
