The Planning Advisory Committee (PAC) is an open stakeholder forum that provides input and feedback to 快活app官网 on the regional system planning process, which involves:
Final reports, needs assessments (including economic studies), solutions studies, and other information can be accessed below. The 快活app官网 performs these assessments, studies, etc., as prescribed by the 快活app官网 Tariff, Section II (Open Access Transmission Tariff), Attachment K: Regional System Planning Process. They form the foundation for the Regional System Plan.
The PAC is an open meeting, but it is not a public hearing and the 快活app官网 is not a public agency. As described below, some restrictions on participation do apply. Any entity can designate a member to the PAC. This includes, for example:
Participation in the PAC is subject to the Critical Energy Infrastructure Information (“CEII”) policy and adherence to the Guidelines for Public Comments and the PAC Guidelines for Recording of Meetings. To be added to the PAC email distribution list, an email address shall be provided to the PAC Secretary, Jillian Macura.
