On July 12, 2017 the new Internal Market Monitor Asset Characteristics (IMMAC) module will be available in the Customer and Asset Management System (CAMS) production environment. The new IMMAC module will be used by participants to submit asset characteristics change requests, update asset characteristic fields, and view asset data currently on file with the 快活app官网.
On July 11, 2017 participants may submit asset characteristics change requests using the current process until 9:30 AM for changes effective July 12, 2017. On July 12, 2017 the new IMMAC module will be available for participants to submit changes effective July 13, 2017.
To prepare participants to perform the new processes to update and view asset characteristics data a training session was conducted on June 14, 2017. The training documentation is available on the 快活app官网 Training Materials webpage. The IMMAC sandbox was also made available beginning June 14, 2017 to allow participants to practice the processes that will be performed in the new module. The IMMAC sandbox will be retired during the cutover to the live system.
