Metering Requirements

IN THIS SECTION

Participants in the Forward Capacity Market (FCM) must conform to standards and requirements for metering (measurement) and telemetering (data transmission) for dispatch, market settlement, and other factors:

Specific telemetering and meter data reporting requirements for capacity resource types other than import capacity resources are described in 快活app官网 Operating Procedure No. 18 (OP 18), Metering and Telemetering Criteria.
Import capacity resources are subject to the requirements of their native control areas.

Deadlines

Data are required to be submitted electronically in real time, except for on-peak and seasonal-peak demand capacity resources, import capacity resources, and settlement-only generators. (See 快活app官网 Operating Procedure No. 18, Metering and Telemetering Criteria.)
Revenue quality data must be submitted before correction deadlines, as described in Section 6 of Manual M-28, Market Rule 1 Accounting.
